Mr. Green received his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1986. He is a member of Nevada, Missouri, and Illinois State Bar Associations, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
He is admitted to practice in the states of Nevada, Illinois, and Missouri; U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Nevada; U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri; and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Green practices in the area of worker's compensation and employer's liability, and handles cases throughout the Illinois and Eastern Missouri area. He has extensive experience in all phases of worker's compensation litigation and has tried many worker's compensation cases to conclusion. He also represents employers and insurance companies in third-party claims to recover worker's compensation liens and represents employers before the Illinois Human Rights Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
